6 Band Exercises For Upper Body

Hey Achiever, we are going to be creative today to useย Resistance Bandsย to train yourย upper body. These movements will strengthen yourย shoulders, back, chest, tricepsย andย bicepsย in this band workout.
- Perform each A1-A6 back to back with no rest in between.
- Only rest 30-60 seconds and repeat for a total of 3 rounds.
- Repeat for a total of 5 rounds.
