Delivery within West Malaysia will take 3-5 Business days, East Malaysia 7-10 business days and international delivery will take 20– 30 business days once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the status of the item upon ordering after order confirmation is sent via email.

Should shipping postal address or contact number provided be incorrect, where upon re-route is needed, customer shall bear the re-route cost incurred.

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the order is fulfilled and processed by courier provider for shipping.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds. All of our products are individually packed for each customer’s use. 

If you have placed an order and changed your mind, we are unable to provide refunds or accept returns. This includes if your package is still sealed.

We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. We do not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.

Simply drop us an email at hello@achievefitness.my within 30 days from your order and we would provide a full refund.
