Alvin designs exercise programmes specifically for me keeping in mind my age and ailments eg my degenerated left knee. Training with Alvin is both hard work and fun! I especially like our boxing sessions.
I’ve train with Alvin for many years and we have successfully achieve many goals. My best achievement is completing all 3 Spartan Races, something I never thought I would achieve in my life. Living the message of #BeAnAchiever
I used to hit the gym 2-3 times a week with no aim and often time don’t know what to do. I’ve been training with both Shallie and Alvin. They are the most professional personal trainer. They have guide me through a transformation of my mindset and body.
Alvin’s coaching and words are super precise and it corrected my posture and exercise techniques. He is very attentive to detail to ensure zero injuries during training. I’ve gain lean muscles and currently looking the same shape of my life.
Our weekly buddy training has always been fun and engaging. Alvin makes sure that each of us gets personalized workouts based on our individual capacity. Our activities now include marathons, hikes and Spartan Race.

I suffer from a variety of ailments, including runner's knee, stiff neck, and lower back pain. All of them were alleviated by regular strengthening and stretching workouts. Within a year, I had finished two full Ironman Triathlons without any injury!
