Contrast Therapy
Rejuvenate your body with the power of heat and cold. Sauna to unwind, cold plunge to refresh — helping you recover faster and feel your best.
Heat (Sauna) & Cold (Cold Plunge)
Contrast therapy involves alternating between hot and cold exposure to support recovery and overall muscle health. This method helps stimulate circulation, reduce muscle soreness and promote faster recovery after training sessions. It can be done after workouts for recovery, on rest days or anytime you want to relax and rejuvenate your body.
While generally safe, it may not be suitable for individuals with certain heart conditions, blood pressure issues or medical concerns. If unsure, it’s best to consult a healthcare professional before using contrast therapy.
