How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
We designed a total-body workout plan that’ll strengthen your core, tighten your glutes and add definition to your arms. And all you only need are your resistance bands.
You can do this workout in a small space in your house or hotel room, whenever you want and it is for any fitness level!
There are different intensity for each workout. We want our personal training Achievers to be able to do it by themselves hence all movements are easy to follow.
